Apple Cinnamon Oats


No Refined Sugar

Dairy free



You will need:

  • 1 cup of whole grain oats

  • 1 1/2 cups of water

  • 1 tbsp agave sweetener

  • 1⁄2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 apple (half for topping and half cubed)

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • 1⁄8 tsp salt

  • 1⁄4 cup of plant based milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

How to make it:

  1. In a small pot mix oats with water and bring to a boil. Then let simmer for 2-3 min on low heat mixing continuously.

  2. Add plant milk of choice, 1/2 cubed apple, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Then mix well and let simmer for another 3-4 min.

  3. Place into a serving bowl.

  4. Add the other half of the apple, cinnamon and chia seeds as toppings.

  5. Drizzle on some agave as a sweetener.

  6. Enjoy!
