Apple Cinnamon Oats
No Refined Sugar

You will need:
1 cup of whole grain oats
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tbsp agave sweetener
1⁄2 tbsp cinnamon
1 apple (half for topping and half cubed)
pinch of cinnamon
1⁄8 tsp salt
1⁄4 cup of plant based milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
How to make it:
In a small pot mix oats with water and bring to a boil. Then let simmer for 2-3 min on low heat mixing continuously.
Add plant milk of choice, 1/2 cubed apple, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Then mix well and let simmer for another 3-4 min.
Place into a serving bowl.
Add the other half of the apple, cinnamon and chia seeds as toppings.
Drizzle on some agave as a sweetener.
