HEALTHY CANDY IDEA!!! 🍓
Do you often find yourself craving a sweet treat but you feel super guilty grabbing a sugary candy bar or chips?!
The solution: Compromise with this delicious Strawberry Candy. Dipped in a little bit of white chocolate and sprinkled with coconut & peanuts, this is the perfect healthy snack for your afternoon cravings or you could even turn these into a beautiful gift for a special someone.
🍓A bunch of fresh & clean strawberries from @foodloversmarket
🍓1 slab of white chocolate
🍓1 tbsp crushed peanuts
🍓1 tbsp fun-fetti
🍓1 tbsp coconut shreds
🍓1 tbsp Melted dark chocolate
1.Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds.
2.Dip the cold strawberries into the chocolate until well coated.
3.Then sprinkle over your toppings before the chocolate is hardened completely. (Work fast at this stage)
4.Lastly drizzle over some dark chocolate and place into the fridge for 10 min or until completely cooled ✨
Enjoy this delicious snack cold straight from the fridge!
These will last stored in the fridge, in an airtight container for up to 4 days 🍓🍓
