You will need:
3 cups of kale
6 cherry tomatoes
1/4 julienned cucumber
4 Tablespoons of olive oil
4 Tablespoons of strawberry juice (strained)
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of agave
pinch of chili flakes to add some spice
Pinch of fresh garlic to add depth
How to make them:
Cut and slice Salad components and assembly on a serving plate.
To a blender add all ingredients needed for the vinaigrette except for the olive oil.
Blend until smooth adding the olive oil bit by bit. This will create a smooth emulsion.
Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and serve.
