In fact, you can brag about how good it is without having all those fatty sugary chemicals inside like regular ice-cream does!
You will need :
2 frozen bananas cut into chunks
A hand full of raspberries
2 tbsp acai powder
Splash of plant-based milk (cashew, almond, rice)
How to make it:
Cut the banana into little chunks and place into the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Place the bananas, raspberries and acai powder into the blender and add a splash of plant milk.
Blend all the ingredients until it has a creamy consistency. Add more milk if preferred.
Put the mixture into a bowl and and the toppings. (goji-berries, chia seeds, fresh mint or fresh fruit)
