Papaya Pineapple NiceCream


Who doesn't love fresh papaya? They always make me want to travel to South America and eat a whole bunch of them at once.

I especially love them, because they make everything super creamy when blended with other ingredients. No matter how cold it is outside, nicecream is always super delicious. Another good thing is, that it is super healthy and really easy to make. All you need is a blender or food processor and your good to go.

Gluten free

Sugar free

 

You will need :

  • 2 frozen bananas cut into chunks

  • 1/2 of a fresh papaya

  • Few chunks of frozen or fresh pineapple

  • Splash of plant-based milk (cashew, almond, rice)

How to make it:

  1. Cut the banana and pineapple into little chunks and place into the freezer for at least 2 hours. (I always keep frozen bananas in my freezer so I can make nicecream in only 5 min)

  2. Peel the papaya and take out the seeds and cut into chunks.

  3. Place the papaya, pineapple and bananas into the blender and add a splash of plant-based milk.

  4. Blend all the ingredients until it has a creamy consistency. Add more milk if preferred.

  5. Put the mixture into a bowl and and the toppings. (goji-berries, chia Seeds, fresh mint or fresh fruits)
