Fluffy Pancakes

Guarantied to be the most fluffy and light pancakes you've ever tasted!

Try this simple, easy to make pancake recipe on a sleepy Sunday morning.

These fluffy little cakes will set a perfect start to a relaxing day.


Low in Sugar

Egg free

Soy free

Dairy free


For the Pancakes:

  • 1 cup organic flour

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 3 tbsp sugar or agave

  • 1 1/2 cups plant milk (cashew, rice, almond)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 2 tsp of baking powder

For the Sauce:

  • A few blocks of dark dairy-free chocolate

How to make them:

  1. Sift the flour and the other dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.

  2. Add the liquids and mix well with a whisk until completely smooth.

  3. Add 2 tbsp of the mixture to a non stick pan and form small round pancakes. (Add coconut oil to the pan if needed)

  4. Stack golden pancakes on a serving plate.

  5. Melt the chocolate.

  6. Drizzle the chocolate over the pancakes.

  7. Decorate the pancakes with some fresh fruit or mint leaves.

  8. Dig in before they get cold!
