This tom-yum style Asian Coconut Curry Soup is perfect for the cold autumn days reaching the northern part of the world soon!


For this recipe you'll need only simple and everyday ingredients.

No need for exotic spices, I will show you how to create this Thai inspired soup flavour with your normal day to day ingredients!


Simply leave out the shrimp for a vegan version of this soup. You could add oyster mushrooms instead.
