Refined Sugar free
You will need :
2 frozen bananas cut into chunks
2 figs for topping
2 tsp açai powder
1/4 cup of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
splash of plant-based milk (cashew, almond, rice) about 1/4 cup
vegan granola, chia seeds, coconut shreds for toppings
other fruits for toppings
How to make it:
Cut the banana into little chunks and place into the freezer for at least 2 hours. It's always good to have some pre frozen.
Place the bananas, figs, raspberries and açai powder into the blender and add a splash of plant milk.
Blend all the ingredients until it has a creamy "ice cream" consistency. Add more milk if preferred or if the blender is having a hard time. It's important to blend long enough to get a very smooth and creamy consistency.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and the toppings. (Goji-berries, chia seeds, vegan granola, coconut shreds fresh mint or fresh figs)
I like placing the bowl into the freezer for 15 min before eating to give it a more solid consistency but that is totally optional.
Makes 1 big bowl
