Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal
You will need:
1 cup of whole grain oats
1 1/2 cups of water
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp agave sweetener
1⁄2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 banana
pinch of cinnamon
1⁄4 cup of plant based milk
Berries for topping
How to make it:
In a small pot mix oats with water and bring to a boil. Then let simmer for 2-3 min on low heat mixing continuously.
Add plant milk of choice and a pinch of salt and mix well.
Place into a serving bowl.
Add the banana, cacao nibs, peanut butter, cinnamon, berries and chia seeds as toppings.
Drizzle on some agave as a sweetener.
