Mango Apricot Turmeric Smoothie Bowl


Mango Apricot and

 

Sugar free

Dairy free

Gluten Free

Vegan

 

You will need :

  • 2 frozen bananas cut into small chunks

  • 1/2 fresh or frozen mango

  • 2 apricots pitted

  • mango slices for topping

  • chia seeds for topping

  • 2 tsp turmeric

  • Splash of plant milk

How to make it:

  1. Cut the banana into little chunks and place into the freezer for at least 2 hours. ( I always have pre frozen bananas in my freezer)

  2. Peel the mango and take out the stone.

  3. Place the 1/2 of the mango, 2 apricots and the banana chunks and turmeric into the blender and add a splash of plant-based milk.

  4. Blend the ingredients until it has a creamy consistency. Add more milk if preferred.

  5. Put the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings. (goji berries, chia seeds, fresh mint or fresh fruit)

  6. Enjoy!

Makes 1 bowl.
