You will need :
2 frozen bananas cut into small chunks
1/2 fresh or frozen mango
2 apricots pitted
mango slices for topping
chia seeds for topping
2 tsp turmeric
Splash of plant milk
How to make it:
Cut the banana into little chunks and place into the freezer for at least 2 hours. ( I always have pre frozen bananas in my freezer)
Peel the mango and take out the stone.
Place the 1/2 of the mango, 2 apricots and the banana chunks and turmeric into the blender and add a splash of plant-based milk.
Blend the ingredients until it has a creamy consistency. Add more milk if preferred.
Put the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings. (goji berries, chia seeds, fresh mint or fresh fruit)
Makes 1 bowl.
