Ahhhh... What's better than a refreshing, cold lemonade on a hot summer day?
I've created this deliciously healthy cucumber lemonade to cool you off!
It's super simple to make and with only few ingredients needed, you'll be able to make this yummy drink in no time!
You will need :
1/2 cucumber sliced
hand full of lemon wedges
1 tbsp of ginger root slices
hand full of mint leaves
2 tbsp agave sweetener
juice of 3 lemons
water as preferred
How to make it:
Place all ingredients into a jar of your choice.
Fill the jar up with as much water as you prefer. I used about 1 L of water.
Add ice cubes to the mix and stir well.
Place the lemonade into the fridge for at least 30 min and add some more ice before serving.
