Tropical Smoothie

You will need:

  • 3 cups of coconut water

  • 2 frozen bananas (about 2 cups)

  • 1 cup of fresh mango

  • 1 cup of fresh papaya

  • 1 cup of fresh coconut meat

  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

How to make it:

  1. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.

Makes 4 - 5 servings.
