Spinach Mango Nicecream

Don't let the title fool you! This is not a green, grass like tasting smoothie.
Rather, call it a sweet and nutritious tropical bowl of goodness. Perfect for a summer breakfast or as a light dessert after a nice meal.
Another good thing is, that it is super healthy and really easy to make. All you need is a blender or food processor and your good to go.

You will need :
2 frozen bananas cut into small chunks
1/2 fresh or frozen mango
Hand full of spinach
Splash of plant-based milk (cashew, almond or rice)
1/2 mango for topping
Goji berries for topping
Chia seeds for topping
How to make it:
Cut the banana into little chunks and place into the freezer for at least 2 hours. ( I always have pre frozen bananas in my freezer)
Peel the mango and take out the stone.
Place the 1/2 of the mango, the spinach and the banana chunks into the blender and add a splash of plant-based milk.
Blend the ingredients until it has a creamy consistency. Add more milk if preferred.
Put the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings. (goji berries, chia seeds, fresh mint or fresh fruit)
